TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The terms and conditions described and outlined are assigned to purchases made using Young Folks website. The customer welcomes, recognises and accepts the terms and conditions by using Young folks site. Young Folk Store reserves the right to make changes to our terms and conditions and any other specific details on our website at any time.

PRICING

 

All dollar values on the Young Folk Store website are in Australian Dollars. Pricing may be subject to amendment at any time and Young Folk has the right to adjust these prices were necessary. Where relevant all prices on our website include GST.

ORDERING & PAYMENTS

All payments are accepted via pay pal. If you don’t have a pay pal account it’s ok, you can still pay securely on your credit card. Simply hit the ” pay with my credit or debit card” button & follow the necessary steps.

For Australian customers, we also offer Afterpay as a payment option. An interest free payment option. Check out the Afterpay site for more info: https://www.afterpay.com.au/buy-with-afterpay/

 

Customers outside of Australia and wish to purchase any items, please email us directly at hello@youngfolkstore.com.au and we will get back to you with a postage quote and to confirm your order. Payments are made through PayPal.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If for some you are not satisfied with your products once they arrive, you can return your unused item(s) in it’s original packaging within 14days of the purchase date.
Please send us an email to hello@youngfolkstore.com.au to let us know when we can expect your package and your reason for its return & we will provide you with a return number.
Once we receive your package we will resend the exchange if requested or refund your money.
Please note, if the item is an exchange, the customer is liable for the return shipping costs.

Sorry, there are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

Damaged/faulty items
All items are packed with love & care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us immediately & we will advise the right procedure for replacement/refund.

SHIPPING

All Australian orders $9.95 flat rate. FREE with any purchase over $150.00.

All Australian orders are shipped via Fastway couriers & will require a signature on delivery for peace of mind. Please let us know if you would like to give authority to leave and we will do our best to ask the couriers to do this.

 

All international orders please get in touch via our email address hello@youngfolkstore.com.au and we will get you a postage quote from Australia Post for you. To speed the process up, please let us know your full adress and shipping method (ie-with insurnace) and the products you are intretesyted in and we will get you a shipping quote the next day where possible. Please note: International customers will be responsible for foreign fees & taxes in their own countries.

 

 

 

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

We do not offer Saturday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
